1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

jili356 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jili356 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your jili356 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. jili356 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. jili356 reserves the right to reverse, suspend, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or in breach of applicable law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jili356's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

jili356 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a third party on your behalf.

• Inactivity of your account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account, jili356 will return any verified real-money balance remaining in your account, less any amounts owed to jili356, subject to the completion of any required verification procedures. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account termination.
